Our HEJ Crispy Protein Bars do not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, but it cannot be ruled out that traces of gluten may be present in the bar due to the manufacturing process.

Why do you avoid collagen?

We believe in better alternatives. Collagen mostly comes from animal sources and has no direct effect on muscle building because it contains hardly any essential amino acids, which are important for muscle protein synthesis. Therefore, we consciously avoid it – for greater quality, greater transparency, and more people who can enjoy our bars.
