Why don't you use collagen at HEJ?
Collagen can be useful as a beauty ingredient for skin & hair – but as a protein source, it is biologically inferior and cannot be well utilized for muscle building. This is because collagen does not contain all essential amino acids and is therefore often used as a cheaper ingredient in bars. Important to know: Collagen is always animal-based, as it is derived from joints, connective tissue, etc., of cattle, pigs, or fish. We want to offer you a protein that your body can truly utilize.
