How much sugar is in HEJ Oats?

Many oat bars are packed with sugar. We rely on the natural sweetness of date paste and rice syrup. At the same time, we've managed to create a recipe with 40% less sugar than comparable oat bars. Bye-bye sugar shock!

How are gluten-free oatmeal made?

Oats are not related to wheat and are therefore naturally gluten-free. However, they may come into contact with wheat or barley through neighboring fields or shared production facilities. Therefore, we have paid particular attention to their origin and production and can guarantee gluten-free oat bars.
