Terms and Conditions
- Organizer: The organizer of the prize draw is Goodlife Company GmbH, Kajen 12, 20459 Hamburg.
- Participants: Eligible participants are individuals residing in the Federal Republic of Germany who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. Employees of the organizer and cooperation partner Kapten & Son, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation. Participation through prize draw clubs or participation and registration services, automated participation, and participation with fake identities or identities of third parties are not permitted.
- Participation: The prize draw will take place from August 24, 2026, to September 6, 2026, at https://www.hej-natural.de/pages/hit-gewinnspiel. The deadline for entries is September 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Participation is linked to the purchase of at least two HEJ Natural products at HIT. Participation in the prize draw is exclusively via the web address: https://www.hej-natural.de/pages/hit-gewinnspiel. Participants must upload their receipt via the receipt button and provide their personal data. The following data must be legible on the receipt for participation: purchase date and time, purchased HEJ Natural product, total amount of the purchase. All data on the receipt that is not required for participation in the prize draw, such as other purchased items, can be blacked out before uploading. Each receipt may only be uploaded once. A winner will be drawn at random from all participants. By participating in the prize draw, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
- Prizes: Among all participants, among all incoming registrations for the prize draw, 10x Vaasa Shopping Baskets from Kapten & Son, filled with HEJ Natural products worth a total of €2,300, will be raffled off as prizes.
- Winner notification and prize delivery: The winner of the respective prizes will be notified after the entry deadline via the email address provided during participation. The prize will be sent by DHL to the address provided by the participants during their prize draw entry after the winner notification. Furthermore, the winner will receive detailed information about the event to be raffled. Prize delivery and shipping will take approximately 2-4 weeks and will be handled by the organizer. The address cannot be changed after the initial notification. In the event of an undeliverable prize, the organizer is not obliged to conduct further investigations. In this case, the claim to the prize lapses. Should prize delivery to the winner not be possible (e.g., because the claim to the prize has lapsed due to the terms and conditions or the winner does not accept the prize), the organizer reserves the right to decide at their own discretion what happens with the prize (e.g., whether the prize is awarded to non-winning participants according to these terms and conditions, or whether it is not awarded and, for example, used for another prize draw). Cash payment of the material values or exchange of the prizes is not possible. The prize is non-transferable. The winner accepts necessary changes to the prize caused by other factors beyond the organizer's control.
- Data protection: By participating in this prize draw, all participants give their consent to data collection in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. The collection of the requested personal data serves exclusively to carry out the prize draw. Reference is made to the general data protection notices.
- Modification/Suspension of the prize draw: The organizer reserves the right to suspend the prize draw in whole or in part if difficulties not caused by the organizer arise that jeopardize the integrity of the prize draw. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw in case of violation of these terms and conditions. The organizer is entitled to prematurely cancel, suspend or modify the prize draw if unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer's control arise that make the original implementation difficult or unreasonable for the organizer. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized interference by third parties, technical problems with hardware or software beyond the organizer's control, as well as legal violations directly related to the implementation of the prize draw.
- Disclaimer: Any liability for damages of the organizer and its organs, employees and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the prize draw, regardless of the legal reason, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.
- Legal recourse: Legal recourse is excluded. The claim to the prize cannot be assigned or transferred. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany is exclusively applicable. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of use shall remain unaffected. These terms and conditions can be changed at any time by the organizer without separate notification. Additions and ancillary agreements regarding the terms for prize handling require written form to be effective.
